For customers in the continental United States, there is a $3 Shipping & Handling fee for your first book, and only $1 for each additional book. There is no Shipping/Handling fee for eBooks.

For customers living outside of the continental United States, or customers desiring express delivery, please send an email and we will promptly respond with your Shipping & Handling charges.
